Today, I took Emily to get her cast on. Like I said, at the ER they only put a splint on her leg to let the swelling go down. She was very brave and didn't complain at all. The doctors where very impressed because she was in a very good mood, giggling and talking to them. Of course she wanted a pink cast, and that is what she got. They took some x-rays to make sure that her bone was aligned and we were on our way back home.
She will have the cast on for at least a month. So far she is doing well and she is in a good mood pretty much all the time. We'll see how long that lasts.
Pues la Emily se ve muy contenta, ni pareciera que se quebro la pierna. :) Me imagino que ahora tienes mas trabajo, lastima que no vivimos mas cerca para poder ayudarte.
